Die Philosophie von Ars Electronica, dem „Festival für Kunst, Technologie und Gesellschaft“ in Linz, ist stets von der Frage geleitet, was neue Technologien für unser Leben bedeuten. Gemeinsam mit Künstler:nnen, Wissenschaftler:nnen, Entwickler:nnen, Designer:nnen, Unternehmer:nnen und Aktivist:nnen beleuchtet das Festival aktuelle Entwicklungen der digitalen Gesellschaft und spekuliert über ihre Ausprägungen in der Zukunft. Im Mittelpunkt des künstlerischen Forschens stehen daher immer die Menschen selbst, unsere Bedürfnisse, unsere Wünsche, unsere Gefühle.
Im Rahmen der Ars Electronica präsentieren die Creative Europe Desks aus Österreich, Luxemburg und Deutschland eine Konferenz zum Thema “Cross Sector Collaborations in the field of Culture and Audiovisual”. Es werden geförderte interdiszilinäre Projekte präsentiert und in einem Vortrag zum Thema “Artistic Intervention, AI Journey from European ARTificial Intelligence Lab project” der Ars Electronica Einblicke in das Projekt gegeben.
Anschließend sind alle herzlich eingeladen, auf “Wonderme” an offenen Diskussionsrunden teilzunehmen. Hierzu werden Expert:innen eingeladen, die ihre Ideen und Kenntnisse teilen, Input der Teilnehmenden und ein Austausch steht hier aber im Fokus.

The Creative Europe Programme 2021-2027 takes European cooperation between the cultural and audiovisual fields to a new level by promoting stronger links between content and digital technologies. The programme equally recognises the intrinsic and artistic value of culture and its economic value including the broader contribution to growth, competitiveness, creativity and innovation. Projects can cover one or more cultural and creative sectors and can be interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral. At the same time, the programme shows a stronger alignment with the political agenda of the European Commission encouraging reflection and engagement for themes like diversity, inclusion and gender equality. New emphasis is placed on the environment and climate change through the New European Bauhaus initiative.
This Creative Europe conference is organised by Ars Electronica in cooperation with the Creative Europe Desks from Germany, Luxembourg and Austria. The focus lies on cross sector collaborations in the field of culture and audiovisual.
The aim is to present the interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral aspects of Creative Europe, to show the alignment with the political agenda of the European Commission, to exchange with operators and to reflect about the new priorities.
