With the European Green Deal, EC President Ursula von der Leyen announced an ambitious roadmap for a climate neutral continent in 2050. Various Green Deal targets are already tackled in EU regulations and directives which also affect cinemas. A webinar, organized by the European network of Creative Europe Desks, reveals the challenges and changes exhibitors need to take into account.

FFA (Federal Film Board) Green Cinema Consultant Birgit Heidsiek highlights measures that exhibitors already have to take or may soon have to take because of new regulations and guidelines that are coming into effect. Exhibitors present measures that they are already taking as examples of best practice.
